Dear Recruiter and Job Candidate:
As you already know, JobZone is a small growing company. We are continually seeking ways to improve our services, as well as keep costs low for those participating companies.
Modern technology is the way to go in this fast-paced recruiting world. Even though JobZone will continue conducting Job Fairs (both small and large) in various locations of Virginia, Maryland, D. C., Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and other locations, we strive to improve on strategies for expediting “matching companies with job candidates, especially those located long distance and/or overseas”. We need a better system to take JobZone national and international using modern technology, and YOU nor the JOB SEEKER nor JOBZONE would necessarily have to spend excessive time away from the office to meet or interview prospective job candidates. In reality, (even though doing several city tours could give JobZone a lot more publicity), this may be the way to go to be able to maximize JobZone’s ability to match job candidates with companies while continuing job fairs.
We could use video and connect job seekers with employers. That way if either a job seeker or employer is unable to attend an event, he/she could sign-up and log on for an interview. I'm thinking that this would certainly enhance many military members’ job hunt if they are living in different countries or other job seekers who are trying to relocate to a specific area but are unable to attend all events. If a candidate is overseas or long distance and know they are separating, what better way to job hunt than by having a "face-to-face" with a prospective employer via video?
Video online is the way everything is going and if I can get JobZone and prospective recruiting companies in this arena, then we could be one of the first job fair companies offering this in this area, plus a dynamite way to expedite the hiring process for your offices, needless to say, eliminate costs.
