About JobZone
JobZone is now working on its fourth successful year and we are continuing to expand our network for larger numbers of job seekers and career events in varied locations of Virginia, Maryland, D.C. and the Philadelphia region. On the job fair floor, attendees will meet with approximately 45-60 exhibitors including service providers, non-profits and associations. Career fair participants will include companies, contractors, government agencies, schools and more. Our special career events will attract those employers seeking to hire transitioning military members from all skill levels (entry to advanced) and from all branches of service along with other civilians and DoD job seekers.

The Quantico event will bring 40 plus companies and Job Candidates will include all skill levels with a large number of Wounded Marines and other Transitioning Military Members. Some of the targeted skills are naturally military-specific to Quantico (aviation technicians, pilots, management, technical intelligence specialists, telecommunications, networking, maintenance and repair, warehouse management, transportation, logistics, IT, logistics, electronics, EOD, anti-terrorism, combat and security). Many of the participating job candidates will possess an active clearance (Secret to Poly) for specific positions.

If you are seeking to checkout all options for employment, narrow your job focus, practice your “interviewing skills”, gather a pool of business cards for future research and networking, or land a perfect job on the spot, why not mark your calendar and plan on being at our first Bi-Annual Job Fair at The Clubs At Quantico on Monday, February 25, 2008. Our next scheduled event in 2008 will be August 5th.
