Guest Services Representative Job Description: 

The Washington Redskins are searching for outgoing and energetic professionals to assist in providing a fun and safe atmosphere for FedExField guests.  Guest Services Representatives will assist fans on Game Day by scanning tickets, providing directions, handling customer complaints, and monitoring seating sections.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills, friendly and helpful attitudes, the ability to stand for at least 8 hours, and a willingness to work in hot/cold weather.  The rate of pay will start at $7.25 an hour and you must be able to work ALL Redskins home games as well as major special events.  Applicants must be 18 or older and pass a Background Screening. 

Job Duties may include but are not limited to: Ticket Takers:

Responsible for greeting guests, scanning tickets, and ensuring all guests have a proper ticket/credential.  Ticket Takers will be one of the first Guest Relations staff to welcome fans to FedExField and the last to Thank fans as they exit.  Therefore, our Ticket Takers are responsible for being friendly and helpful ambassadors who leave a lasting impression.

Ushers:

Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe atmosphere in assigned sections.  This includes greeting guests as they approach your section, checking their tickets to confirm they are in the right place, and assisting them with locating their seats.  Ushers must maintain a watchful eye on their section and understand what behavior will be tolerated under the Redskin’s Code of Conduct.
