Position Description: Imagine One has a full-time opening for a Pricing Analyst at our Corporate Office. The Pricing Analyst will support the Pricing Manager in preparation, presentation, and negotiation of complex cost and price methodologies in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) focused toward new business opportunities with the Department of Defense (DoD). The Pricing Analyst will participate in various cross-functional teams in preparation of pricing negotiations and other administrative duties as assigned. In addition, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform pricing/cost analysis.
- Report findings to management groups using varied formats.
- Assists in negotiation of contracts.
- Develops process enhancements, metrics.
- Originating, analyzing, modifying and manipulating pricing spreadsheets.
- Initiates data calls to subcontractors on Prime proposal.
- Responds to data calls on subcontract opportunities.
- Pricing file management and retention.
Additional Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in DOD pricing/cost analysis preferred.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Well organized, deadline oriented.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel spreadsheets MANDATORY!
- Microsoft Access, Word and Power Point skills.
Education Requirements: College degree is a plus, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
