This event is held 3 times per year (March 26, June 25, and Sep 24).  We schedule this event on Friday to accommodate the transitioning military members attending the Dahlgren's TAP class (Transition Assistance Program).   The TAP Conference is generally held Mon-Fri on a quarterly basis (Mar, Jun, and Sep) and when departing on Friday, they will have the opportunity to attend our event(s) and begin their interviewing and networking their resumes into the civilian workforce.
