State Role Title: Direct Service Associate II
Job Duties: Help plan and execute all therapeutic recreational activities on the weekends, and carry out any additional duties as assigned by the Activities Coordinator or Activities Director.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience as an Activities Assistant working in a skilled nursing facility
- Related education and/or experience a plus
- Must have a valid Virginia Driver’s License
