State Role Title: Food Service Technician I
Job Duties: Responsible for all food preparation such as salad bar, potato bar, and desserts. Assemble assorted diet food, purée, other requirements, and daily snacks. Responsible for next-day breakfast prep and catered/special-events prep. Must be able to work the tray line when needed.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience a plus
- Must hold food handler's card
