To delete your JobZone account and all associated personal data, email wyatt.s@jobzoneonline.com with the subject “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” from the email address tied to your JobZone profile. Account deletion requests are processed within 14 calendar days.

What we delete: your account profile (name, email, phone, location, work preferences), uploaded resume files and any extracted resume data, event registrations and past attendance records, saved jobs and application history, messages sent through the platform, profile photo, and push notification tokens tied to the JobZone mobile app.

What we retain (limited): aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you; email opt-out records (so we don’t email you by accident); records required by US federal or Virginia state law for the legally required period.

You can also delete your account from inside the JobZone mobile app: Settings › Account › Delete Account. That triggers the same process described above.
