Local Maryland Veterans Employment Representatives (LVER) will be available to connect with Veterans and Military to offer information on services provided and assist with employment questions, benefits, etc.

The Maryland Department Of Labor Veterans Program offers a variety of services to include case management services, referral to supportive services, and vocational guidance to assist veterans, transitioning military personnel, and other qualified individuals.

Priority of service is given to veterans and their eligible spouses who meet certain eligibility requirements.

To support transitioning service members, veterans, and their families by providing resources to assist and prepare them to obtain meaningful careers and maximize their employment opportunities; and to further advocate employment, training, and educational opportunities with businesses by promoting the advantages of hiring Veterans.

Maryland offices represented will be Waldorf, Baltimore, and Largo.
