Is there a charge for a Job Seeker to attend any Job Fair? No
Can I attend more than one Job Fair? Yes, you may attend as many Job Fairs as you would like.
Do I have to register to attend a Job Fair? Yes. We highly recommend you register online prior to the Job Fairs, but if you have not registered prior to the Job Fair, you may still attend but you will be required to register upon arrival.
Should I bring copies of my resume? Yes, you should bring printed and electronic versions of your resume. Printed versions are always great to hand a recruiter when you speak to them in person so they can quickly read about your qualifications. An electronic version is handy too, especially if you haven't registered yet as you will need to provide a resume as a part of your registration.
Do I have to have any sort of credentials or clearance to attend a Job Fair? Typically not, but occasionally Job Fairs on military bases will have restrictions. Be sure to check the details page of each Job Fair prior to making arrangements just to be sure.
Can I virtually attend a Job Fair? Yes. While in-person attendance is always recommended as meeting recruiters face-to-face is always a great way to network, you can register and attend virtually. Employers are given access to all attendees (including virtual attendees) information after the Job Fair. So, registering virtually can be a great option for job seekers who are out of town and will relocate or for those unable to attend but who are still searching for new positions.
