Description
FGS, LLC is seeking a Staff Operations Officer (OPSO) to support a General Officer and other Senior Staff members at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA, managing day-to-day operations in the Intelligence Integration Branch, Intelligence Division, Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I), Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC). The Staff OPSO manages task tracking, calendar management/scheduling and deconfliction, and functions as an office manager, keeping leadership informed of potential calendar conflicts, late assignments, or leadership requirements.

Requirements
Required: Active TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Expert in Microsoft Office tools. Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) style task tracking through Microsoft O365, Confluence/JIRA, or similar. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. General understanding of executive support requirements. Ability to explain complex, sensitive information to audiences with wide-ranging experience levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous tasking environment.
