Description
GTSC is hiring a full-time virtual Call Center Representative (Bowie, MD) supporting the VA Veterans Experience Office contact center. Representatives connect callers, mostly veterans and their families, to the right VA resource and log each call accurately in a CRM. The center runs 24/7, so shift work is required. Requirements
6 months of consecutive call center experience; wired home internet of at least 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up; must live within 60 minutes of a VA facility (Arlington VA, Columbia SC, Murfreesboro TN, Nashville TN, Salt Lake City UT or Shepherdstown WV); US citizenship or a green card held for 3 years.
