Description
Joins Sabre’s Talent Acquisition team as the recruiting liaison to Business Development, Capture and Program leadership. Translates RFP staffing requirements into recruiting plans, participates in color team reviews, identifies key personnel, secures LOIs and prepares proposal staffing documentation. Builds proactive cleared and technical talent pipelines, conducts talent market research, and provides full-cycle and surge recruiting support. Hybrid work model.
Requirements
At least 3 years of recruiting for federal government contractors; direct proposal recruiting / key personnel experience; experience recruiting cleared technical professionals; knowledge of federal staffing requirements; ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Sourcing proficiency; 10-15% travel for hiring events.
