Directs and coordinates the Town’s capital improvement program across the Utilities and Facilities portfolios, including program-level planning, budget oversight and resource allocation. Supervises the Capital Projects Program Manager – Utilities and the Capital Projects Program Manager – Facilities. Performs difficult technical and complex administrative work in the Engineering division.
