Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance of Town buildings, including carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical work. Repairs and maintains public buildings (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, minor HVAC, drywall, roofs, painting) and conducts building inspections for needed repairs. Maintains Town electrical equipment, generators and pumps.
