They Deserve a Path Forward!

Vernon Taylor Enterprise (VTE), in cooperation with JobZone, will be participating in four upcoming job fairs across Virginia and Maryland, offering FREE Individual Taylor Reviews™ to veterans and transitioning service members.
Throughout my career working with military members, veterans, and their families, I have witnessed a recurring challenge: We do an excellent job of bringing people and opportunities together, but too often, the support stops at the introduction.

A veteran attends a job fair, hands out resumes, speaks with employers, and goes home.

But what happens next?

That is the gap we are working to bridge.

Through our cooperation with JobZone, VTE is bringing an additional level of individualized support to these employment events.

JobZone provides opportunities for job seekers to connect directly with employers.

VTE complements those opportunities through the Taylor Review™ and JourneyBridge
Framework™, helping individuals assess their readiness, recognize transferable skills, identify potential barriers, and develop practical next steps.

Our approach follows a straightforward process:
Intake → Review → Individualized Action Plan → Connection → Follow-Up
