Description
Provide expert Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) analysis and technical support for naval combat systems development. Conducts qualitative and quantitative assessments supporting ASW readiness and capability evaluations, provides SME consultation on Naval ASW suite operations, supports Strike Group/Fleet/Major Training Command planning, and reviews Navy technical documentation. Produces operational analysis reports and supports rapid capability development and tactical employment of ASW weapon systems.
Requirements
Current SECRET clearance and TS/SCI eligible; 10+ years military experience incl. 8+ years operating a Naval ASW suite (e.g., SQQ-89(V)); qualified watch station with authority to employ ASW weapons (TAO, ASW Evaluator) and current TAO qualification letter; Strike Group/Fleet/training command planning experience; MS Office; Navy combat systems development and Rapid Capability Development experience.
