Description
Operations partner for Sabre’s Systems and Software Engineering (SES) Division, identifying, evaluating and aligning cleared engineering personnel to NAVAIR-supported requirements. Works with Recruiting to screen resumes and technical qualifications through offer, onboarding and contract compliance. Represents SES capabilities to recruiters and candidates, participates in staffing events and career fairs, and helps hiring managers calibrate requirements and create requisitions. On-site at the Lexington Park, MD office.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline; experience in staffing coordination, technical workforce support or personnel alignment; strong communication and presentation skills; active U.S. Secret clearance at minimum; U.S. citizenship required.
