Description
Join the Fleet Reachback Support team in Dahlgren, VA providing analytic and operational reach-back support to answer RFIs and RFAs from Combatant Commands, Numbered Fleet Commanders, SMWDC staff, CSG/ESG staffs and operational units. Monitors fleet operations, readiness and CASREPs, assesses emerging threats and adversary capability changes, and develops and validates response products. Supports tactical guidance and doctrine development (TACMEMOs, OPTASKs, NWPs, NTTP) and may augment 24/7 reach-back cells during surge operations.
Requirements
Current SECRET and TS/SCI eligible; 12+ years military/industry/government experience with surface Navy combat systems, C5I, networks, weapons and IAMD planning systems; 5 years aboard cruisers/destroyers or qualified DoD warfare areas; qualified Aegis watch station (TAO, AAWC, Battle Watch Captain) with TAO or BMD Watch Officer qualification letter; RFI/RFA analytic product experience; strong analytical writing.
