Description
Serves as overall program and contract management lead for a NAVAIR/DoD technical and project-management support effort at NAWCAD WOLF / Southern Maryland. Provides strategic leadership and direct management of contractor personnel, budgets, schedules and deliverables, and is the primary management interface with Government leadership. Oversees daily operations, staffing, subcontractor deliverables, funding and labor tracking (CLIN/SLIN/ACRN), and program risk and issue resolution. Establishes processes and controls for efficiency and contractual compliance.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years in program/operations/project management, 5+ years supervisory experience, at least 3 of the last 5 years supporting DoD project management; Master’s degree in a qualifying field; active PMP certification; on-site availability.
