Budget Analyst with GTSC’s Global Sciences and Technology (GST) unit supporting NOAA. Analyzes expenditures, obligations and funding trends, monitors budget execution and variances, and maintains spend plans and funding trackers. Builds spreadsheet models, forecasts, dashboards and recurring financial reports and supports leadership briefings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in business, economics, accounting, finance, public administration or related; 8-16 years budget analysis/financial management (federal preferred); expert Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint; Smartsheet desirable; subject to government background investigation.
