Description
Information Assurance Specialist supporting a new and emerging Navy tactical system that integrates with the full suite of combat sensors, as part of a team developing and modernizing a Navy electronic warfare (EW) system. Duties include administering RHEL systems, maintaining lab/test environments, implementing DoD cybersecurity requirements (RMF, STIGs, SCAP, POA&M, continuous monitoring) and supporting software integration and test. May require travel to external test sites such as Wallops Island.
Requirements
5+ years; DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II or higher; Linux certification or equivalent experience; hands-on RHEL administration; server/workstation/VM troubleshooting; RMF/STIG/SCAP/vulnerability scanning; classified network (SIPRNET/SDREN) security requirements; technical documentation and test procedures.
