Description –
This member serves as an SPG Senior Analyst overseeing the PMA-209 Science and Technology (S&T) portfolio and its future strategic initiatives. Operating under the direct supervision of and responsible to the SPG Lead, the incumbent acts as the primary interface between PMA-209 and external S&T agencies, organizations, and stakeholders. Participates in the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and wider S&T selection processes preparing and delivering briefings to the PMA-209 Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM) comprehensive updates on program interests and official technology endorsements on at least a semi-annual cadence.

Candidate should have solid familiarity with Naval Aviation platform/component Sustainment models, Fleet maintenance databases and supply/repair processes, NAVAIRSYSCOM program office and NAWCAD entity organizational structures.
