Description
Provide technical and analytic support to OPTEVFOR and Air Test and Evaluation Squadron ONE (VX-1) in operational testing of MH-60R and MH-60S helicopters. Supports test design, integrated and operational testing and tactics exercises; develops COIs, test matrices and data collection plans in MBTES; drafts TEMP/IEF/test plan inputs; observes flight and ground tests and collects data. Performs statistical data analysis, drafts Blue/Gold sheets and test reports, and briefs Navy leadership and program offices. Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel including at sea.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship; current Navy/Marine Corps aviation operations knowledge with naval helicopter program experience; bachelor’s (STEM preferred) or equivalent operational/T&E experience; demonstrated T&E experience (IEF, test planning/execution/analysis/reporting, M&S); technical writing; MS Office. Preferred: 4+ yrs military T&E, 5+ yrs MH-60R/S aircrew or maintenance, WTI, OPTEVFOR/VX-1 experience, DAWIA T&E cert.
