Oversees day-to-day operations of Arlington Public Library’s technology environment across all locations. Leads operational priorities, incident response, infrastructure and endpoint standards, upgrades and service restoration, and is the senior escalation point for complex incidents. Liaises with the Department of Technology Services, vendors and Library leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics or related field plus experience operating complex technology environments and leading projects; additional experience may substitute for education. No closing date shown.
