Description

Serves as Headquarters (MR) Lodging Program Specialist for the Official Lodging Program Marine Corps Hospitality Services (MCHS). Supports capital project development and planning, training and adherence to operating and facility standards for MCHS Lodging portfolio. Primary focus is the entirety of the MCHS portfolio, including Marine Lodge and Inns of the Corps. Works with Activity level staff in field and MR staff to develop capital project scopes and cost estimates, and ensure design and interior standards are met. Provides guidance on service delivery and may conduct quality assurance site visits. Works with MR Procurement Branch to establish centralized contracts for supplies, Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), etc. Works with MR Construction Branch to support and refine scopes, costs and interior specifications for renovation and modernization projects of MCHS Lodging faci

Requirements

Must be willing to travel. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to provide leadership and mentoring to facility level managers. Must be able to interpret results from guest satisfaction surveys and market penetration reports and assist with development of improvement action plans.
