Senior Executive Service role providing national leadership for Medicaid Section 1115 demonstrations: sets national policy and procedures for demonstration review, approval, financing, budget neutrality, monitoring and evaluation; leads negotiation and approval of demonstrations; and leads implementation of major Medicaid legislative mandates with HHS, States and Federal partners.
