Description
On-site DevOps developer supporting Battlespace Modeling & Simulation for the Simulation Support Branch, which develops and tests the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) Technical Baseline product suite. Supports the DevOps Team Lead by developing software for an advanced synthetic training environment and integrating software into flight simulators for pilot training. Implements and scales automated build and test services on Windows and Linux and reports on their status, and contributes to documentation and briefs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in CS or Computer Engineering (Engineering/Math/Physics with 3 years build/scripting experience may qualify); 3 years as Software, IT or Systems Engineer maintaining automated development environments; Git; GitLab CI or Jenkins; Bash/Batch/Python scripting. DoD Secret required to apply; DoD Top Secret required upon onboarding; U.S. citizenship required.
