Attorney advocating for the Unemployment Insurance Division in State Circuit and District Courts, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and UI tax appeal hearings, including litigation to collect unpaid UI taxes from employers and improperly paid benefits, and representing the agency’s position in administrative appeals. Requirements
Juris Doctor plus two years of law practice involving court appearances or Maryland UI law, per bulletin.
