Description
Experienced Linux System Administrator providing Linux systems engineering, administration and DevSecOps support for secure development, test and operational environments supporting NSWCDD laser, electro-optical and mission system programs. Leads hardening of RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu systems, builds automation with Ansible/Terraform/Bash/Python, provides Tier 3 troubleshooting, supports CI/CD pipelines and manages small computer lab environments.
Requirements
6+ years Linux system administration (performance tuning, networking, service management); Bash/Python scripting; configuration management and infrastructure automation; secure configuration and federal compliance (STIGs, NIST, FISMA); lab setup and maintenance; VMware/KVM/Docker/Podman. Preferred: IaC, AWS GovCloud/Azure Government, GitLab CI/Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
