I didn't find my new job through your company or at your events, but your personal advice, resume review, and encouragement was instrumental in propelling me through to this new step in my life. I desperately needed a foothold to start from, and your event and organization helped me so much in transitioning from being a SAHM (with no degree finished!) to returning to the workforce. I was not looking to "get back to work," but to restart my career and make a lifestyle change. I completely re-vamped my resume, found the confidence that I had much to offer and that I WAS WORTH IT, and made my job search a full-time job. I am in a new state, with no support system, and you helped me stretch my new roots into fertile soil.

The absolute best, tried and true job fairs for government and private jobs are with Janet Giles, JobZoneOnline.com. I strongly suggest you register at her website when you are ready and should you decide to go to an event on a military base for clearance jobs, you need to contact her directly, she will need certain information from you so you will get access to the base. I got my government job because of her help and let me explain something to you. I would not have gotten it if it was not for her services, since I am new to the NVA area, I have no connections, relatives etc., in any government positions, so, I could not get a direct referral. Her contacts at the job show is what helped me. She is a great/honest Lady, (she already knows how I feel about her.)
